Our 48hr cancellation policy

We respectfully request at least 48hrs notice for appointment cancellations / reschedules.

Please understand that when you miss your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

This cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our waiting clients of appointment availability.

If you do need to cancel / reschedule your appointment, please call the salon.

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice by phone or you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
